3 eggs.
1 cup (240 ml) milk.
2 tablespoons of psyllium.
2 tablespoons flax seeds.
1/2 cup (80 g) almonds. 1/4 cup (30 g) walnuts.
1/3 cup (40 g) peanuts.
1 tablespoon baking powder. Salt.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360F/180C for approximately 4045 minutes.
