方針は
出来るだけ低侵襲で、手術範囲が耳介後面のみにする前面はボルスター固定以外触らない
形成する対耳輪は出来るだけなだらかな曲面を目指す
1回の手術で無理に完成形を目指さない2回に処置を分ける
って感じです。
This is a commentary on actual cases of standing ear surgery performed by our clinic, as well as actual surgery videos and photographs of the progress.
The policy is
Minimally invasive as possible, operating only on the posterior auricle surface (the front surface should not be touched except for bolster fixation)
Aiming Antihelix to form as smooth a surface as possible
Do not aim at the completed form by one operation (divide the treatment into two)
