In this video, I would like to talk about Provincial Immigration Updates: British Columbia, Quebec, and Manitoba Issue Invitations. This week, British Columbia, Quebec, and Manitoba have extended invitations to apply for their respective provincial immigration programs.Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) Draws British Columbia and Manitoba have conducted their latest PNP draws, issuing invitations and Expressions of Interest. Every province and territory in Canada has a PNP to help select economic immigration candidates who are likely to integrate seamlessly into the provincial workforce. The PNP is effective because immigration is a shared responsibility between the federal and provincial governments. Annually, provinces receive a quota of nominations they can issue to candidates. Those who secure a provincial nomination have a stronger case when applying for permanent residence through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Quebec's Unique System Quebec operates under a unique agreement with the federal government, granting it autonomy over the selection of its economic immigrants. Unlike other provinces, Quebec does not have a PNP but invites candidates to apply for a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ).
