This 57 year old man presented to Dr Imran Shah at A.O. Hospital with a history of left Hip pain. His XRays raised suspension of a bone tumor and further investigation revealed Renal Cell Carcinoma (Kidney Tumor with Metastasis to his left Hip). He consequently had a Nephrectomy + Embolization followed by PROXIMAL FEMUR REPLACEMENT which I did here at A.O. Hospital. Was nice to see him walking around with very emotional & satisfied relatives. The best part as the patient said is that “he lived to see his first Grandson” who was born a few months back. Life saved/limb saved, job done.
