Here, I unwittingly explore the weird construction that is the PS3 Super Slim.
From the hardtoremove PSU, to the large heatsink/frame, this model has a good few design quirks that left me more confused than before picking up my screwdrivers.


Tools used
Phillips screwdriver
Torx Security (T8) screwdriver
Prying tool (a guitar pick can be used as well)
Microfibre cloth
Brake cleaner (I recommend 100% isopropyl alcohol)
Tissues or something to remove thermal compound
Thermal compound (I used some Cooler Master stuff)
