Psychometry, also known as Psychoscopy or Clairtangency, is the ability to use physical touch in order to receive energetic information about a person or an object. The information you receive, can help you learn about a person's past, health, personality traits, the truth about past events and much more.

When fully developed, you may receive spiritual insight spontaneously just by brushing against an object or a landmark, or through physical contact with a living being, such as shaking someone's hand or hugging a loved one.

For this exercise, you will need an object that you can work with; something with a bit of history if possible.

This could be:
something you've inherited
something you've borrowed
an antique item
something you've purchased recently in a second hand store (and ideally haven't worn yet).
