. 1 tbsp kashmiri chili powder
(for color)

. 1 tsp cumin seeds

. 1 tsp coriander seeds

. 1/2 tsp back pepper

. 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds

. 1/4 tsp hing

. 1215 curry leaves
