The warranty is quite amazing!

In short: If there is a manufacturer's defect during the 1st year, Jean Paul USA will take care of it free of charge. They will either have you send it to one of our service centers for repair and ship it back to you or we'll send you a new item. During the first 6 months, they take care of shipping both ways. During the second 6 months, you would need to pay for shipping to our service center. If you simply change your mind on the purchase (within 30 days of the purchase), you can ship it back to us and we'll refund you your entire purchase. You would need to take care of shipping in this case.
