Puff pastry apple roses: the recipe for an elegant and delicious dessert

ingredients:
• 1 roll of rectangular puff pastry
• 1 tablespoon of jam of your choice
• 2 apples
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 tablespoon icing sugar
• Cinnamon to taste (optional)

We cut the apples into thin slices (preferably with a mandolin), cook them in a pot or pan for 15 minutes with butter and sugar. In the meantime, cut a roll of puff pastry into 6 equal parts, brush the six strips of puff pastry with the jam, then place the apple slices on one side and cover with the other side. We roll up, creating apple roses. We put them in the cups and cook them in the oven at 180° for about 2025 minutes.
