While pumpkin season is in full swing, I agitate to cook delicious meals with it. Today it will be an incredibly delicious cupcake. Its taste is great not only because of the pumpkin, I also improved it by lubricating each piece with 15 g of Nutella®. I know you dream of doing the same. Be sure to make this cake, I almost guarantee that thanks to this dish you will want to buy even more pumpkins.

Servings: 68

Ingredients for pumpkin cake
350 g of pumpkin
1 sprig of rosemary
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of sugar
peel of 1 orange
2 eggs
½ tsp. salt
100 ml of oil (+1 tablespoon to lubricate the mold)
150 g of sugar
1/3 tsp. grated nutmeg
250 g of flour
1.5 tsp. baking powder
Nutella® 15 g per serving

Stepbystep preparation of pumpkin cake
Cut the pumpkin into arbitrary pieces of the same size so that it is evenly baked. Put in a baking dish, add a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar and a sprig of rosemary. Cover with foil so that it does not dry out and is softer. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

In a bowl, grate the peel of 1 orange on a fine grater, without touching the white part, so as not to be bitter. Rub another 1/3 tsp. nutmeg, combined with pumpkin, it gives a wonderful aroma.

Remove the rosemary from the prepared pumpkin and place in a blender bowl. Beat until smooth.

Put the puree in a bowl to the peel with the nut, add ½ tsp. salt, kill 2 eggs. Add 150 g of sugar and pour 100 ml of oil. Mix thoroughly with a whisk.

Add baking powder and 250 g of flour. Stir, the consistency of the dough should be like a thick sour cream.

Grease a baking dish with oil. I used a cake tin with a diameter of 26 cm. Bake the cake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.

Take out the cupcake and cut into portions. Grease each piece with 15 g of Nutella®, or more if desired.
