Measured from first movement for a punch and when Mac turns red. A few punches have varying speeds so I averaged them. A few punches seem like they would be slower, but you get hit really early, like Glass Joe's jab, you get hit like 3 or 4 frames before the punch actually gets to you. Going frame by frame showed me some interesting things, early hits from punches, late hits, and a surprising number of punches to the nuts. I'll probably make a video showing these strange things sometime. Still have a few more strength and speed videos to do, then I'll do my big finales.
