आज आपण होळी स्पेशल मऊसूत लुसलुशीत पुरणपोळी बनवतोय. प्रत्येक घरात,महाराष्ट्रीयन कोणताही सण असो पुरणपोळी चा नैवेद्य बनवला जातो. ही पुरणपोळी हरबरा डाळी पासून बनवली जाते. कृती थोडी मोठी असली तरीही करायला खुप सोपी रेसिपी आहे.
पुरणपोळी बनवताना पुरण पातळ होणे, पोळी लाटता न येणे, पोळी कडक होणे, लाटताना फाटणे, अश्या तक्रारी येतात, त्या येऊ नये म्हणून इथे मी भरपूर टिप्स आणि योग्य प्रमाण दिलेले आहे, त्यामुळे पुरणपोळी मऊसूत तर होईलच पण प्रत्येक पोळी टम्म अशी फुगेल .


लागणारे साहित्य

पुरण शिजवण्यासाठी :

हरबरा डाळ १ वाटी ( २०० ग्रॅम)
पाणी ३ वाटी
गुळ १ वाटी ( १५० ग्रॅम)
सुंठ पावडर ½ चमचा
साजूक तूप १ चमचा
मीठ चिमुटभर
हळद ⅛ चमचा
तेल १

कणीक मळण्यासाठी :
गहू पीठ २ वाटी ( २०० ग्रॅम
पाणी १वाटी
मीठ चवीनुसार
हळद ⅛ चमचा
तेल १ ते २ चमचे

पोळी करण्यासाठी
तेल गरजेनुसार
