Seen here are purely Boeing 777s or triplesevens starting their powerfull GE90 engines. Currently the Boeing 777 has the most powerful engine of any commercial aircraft, according to Boeing. Their GE90115B is workhorse of the 777s. In this video: B777200's, B777300's and B777F's.
These are massive engines with 3.8 meters in width and 3,95 meters in heights making them almost as big as a Boeing 737 fuselage. With thrust ratings from 81,000 to 115,000 lbf (360 to 510 kN) it has a record in the Guinness Book of Records of thrust.
Boeing is working on a next generation of 777s the Boeing 777X or 7779. This aircraft is scheduled to enter service in 2023. ENJOY!!
