The Pure Precision Ascent rifle is designed​ for​​ serious​ ​long​ ​range​ and backcountry ​hunter​s ​who​ ​need to​ ​​shave​ ​weight​ ​but ​not​ accuracy.​ ​​ ​The Ascent rifle can be built with the new SKLTN or Summit action,​ ​carbon​ fiber​​ composite​​ ​stock,​ ​and​ ​a lightweight​ barrel​ ​​to keep the rifle between​​ ​6.1 ​​to ​​6.7 ​​lbs​ while ​still​​ ​maintaining ​sub​minute of angle​​ ​accuracy.​
