On the morning of 4 July, a drone attacked the Tambov Powder Plant in the Russian city of Kotovsk. Sources in the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine confirmed to a number of Ukrainian media that the plant had been successfully hit in Russia. Military expert Oleksandr Musienko @Musienko_channel and political strategist Borys Tizengauzen @TIZENGAUZEN discussed the consequences of recent attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the occupiers' military and logistics facilities in Russia during a stream on Channel 24. The experts also commented on the Kremlin's new attempts to prolong the war by using the situation to impose peace on the Ukrainian authorities on its own terms.
