After 2 years of grounding, Qatar Airways decided to bring back all of its A3 50’s to service, with the A3 50 900 registered A7 ALF being the last one to return on February 7th this year.
Thierry Antinori, the Chief Commercial Officer of Qatar Airways, has indicated that the airline is optimistic about the A3 50's prospects on routes connecting Europe with Asia, as well as Australia, the Indian Ocean region, and Africa. This outlook is based on the expectation of a robust summer season, evidenced by the airline serving more than 7 million passengers in the first two months of the current year.

This figure represents a 31 Percent increase compared to the same timeframe in 20 23, and a 40 Percent rise from the passenger numbers before the onset of the Covid19 pandemic.
