In this session, we will review what a process map is and how it can help teams assess their current state, identify areas for improvement, and work towards a new future state. Attendees will gain insight into how to lead their team through this process by discussing a sixstep process. We will discuss the power of a process map for teams to better understand their own and other colleagues’ work to gain a better understanding of their true current state process.
