Queen Elizabeth II died on the 8th of September 2022. In this special documentary, journalists, parliamentarians, historians and royal insiders recount the events of that memorable day as one monarch’s reign came to an end and a new chapter began.

It reveals the meticulous planning of ‘London Bridge’; the secret plan drawn up for the Queen’s passing and rehearsed by officials and broadcasters who planned it alongside it’s companion strategy ‘Operation Unicorn’, which made provision for her passing in Scotland.
