Do you always pre poo your hair before washing it? Yes every wash day. By pre pooing my hair I'm able to get rid of the shedded hair and tangles plus it helps my wash day go by faster.

Do you always use heat to deep condition? Yes every wash day.

Do you only wear twists? Yes like 90% of the time. If it's not in twists I'm rocking a high puff.
