Products:
Chicken thigh (chicken breast)
Little Pumpkin
Hard cheese
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Dried cilantro
Seasonal salad vegetables
Recipe:
We clean the pumpkin from the peel and seeds in a way convenient for you. Cut into medium cubes.
We beat off the chicken thigh on both sides, salt and pepper to taste, wrap it in a roll with a small piece of cheese. Transfer to a baking dish.
Cut the rest of the meat into large pieces. Mix with pumpkin. Add salt and pepper, dried cilantro, olive oil.
Put into a baking dish.
Cook at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 45 minutes until the chicken is ready.
While the chicken is cooking, make the vegetable salad.
