Welcome aboard the InterCity 4 service in Zurich! It's a beautiful early evening, so hop in and enjoy the ride. The trip takes us nonstop to Schaffhausen, one of the northernmost cities in Switzerland, close to the German border. We then depart into Germany, our next stop being Singen am Hohentwiel. Up until Singen, the train is operated with an SBB Re 420. In Singen, the direction of travel changes and the train will be pulled further to Stuttgart with an ÖBB Taurus, which is visible on the left side before we arrive in Singen. The train continues further to Stuttgart, in the meantime, we prepare our next train back to Zurich, so don't miss the shunting at the end. Bon voyage!
