Method of preparation
First we prepare the mixture for the filling of the patties.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, cheese, yogurt, water.
Spread the crusts and spread the first crust with oil. Turn it over the second crust, spread with oil.
Add 34 tablespoons of the mixture with eggs and cheese across the width of the crust. Separate the top 2 crusts and roll them so that the mixture of eggs and cheese remains inside.
In this way, proceed with all the crusts, adding them to the pan lined with baking paper.
We spread them with hot water.
Bake in a pan.
