This is definitely one of my favorite ways to use up my excess sourdough starter. And even better, when the Feast of Unleavened Bread is approaching, this is for sure a great recipe to use up your leaven without having to trash it. Make extra loaves and give them out to family, friends, and people you may really need a warm taste of something delicious to fill their bellies.

Quick Sourdough Yeast Loaf

1 3/4 Cup Warm Water
2 t Dry Active Yeast
1 1/2 t Quality Salt
1/2 Cup Active Sourdough Starter
3 Cups Organic Unbleached Allpurpose Flour

The whole process takes about 22 1/2 hours to create a beautiful and delicious homemade loaf of bread!
