Should you quit gaming (or any hobby really) to become a software developer?
This is a question I'm seeing pop up a lot recently and the answer is often overwhelmingly on the side of dropping gaming almost entirely if not completely.
Today I want to discuss the reasoning behind this opinion, and why I don't think its the best advice for everyone out there trying to learn to code.
