材料
玉ねぎ　100g
醤油　60g
みりん　60g
お酢　30g
ニンニク　5g
EXオリーブオイル　15cc

①玉ねぎとニンニクをすりおろす。　
②鍋にEXオイルとすりおろしを加え、炒め水分を飛ばしペーストくらいになるまで加熱し甘みを引き出す。　
③みりんを加え、半量くらい煮詰める。
④醤油、お酢を加え、軽く加熱し完成です。

Cipolla 100 g
Salsa di soia 60g
Mirin 60g
Aceto 30 g
Aglio 5 g
EX olio d'oliva 15cc

1 Grattugiare la cipolla e l'aglio.
2 Aggiungere l'olio EX e grattugiare in una padella, saltare in padella per rimuovere l'acqua e riscaldare fino a quando non diventa una pasta per renderlo dolce.
Aggiungere 3 mirin e cuocere a fuoco lento circa la metà della quantità.
4 Aggiungere la salsa di soia e l'aceto e scaldare leggermente per completare.

Onion 100g
Soy sauce 60g
Mirin 60g
Vinegar 30g
Garlic 5g
EX olive oil 15cc

1 Grate the onion and garlic.
2 Add EX oil and grated to a pan, stirfry to remove water, and heat until it becomes a paste to make it sweet.
Add 3 mirin and simmer about half the amount.
4 Add soy sauce and vinegar and heat lightly to complete.
