Came upon this article about someone getting badly hurt on their Rad EBike. Looking closer into the law suit and the person that was injured and brought on the suit. It seems to me that something does not seem right. The man that was injured is a Lawyer that specializes in these types of lawsuits, and may have had previous knowledge on the problem that caused his accident. Tell me what you think.
