Railfanning NJ Transit NJCL in Asbury Park

This video is about railfanning NJ Transit North Jersey Coast Line in Asbury Park, New Jersey during the AM rush hour. During this time of the day, this territory of the line uses two fivecar shuttles with Comet cars between Bay Head and Long Branch pushed and pulled by a diesel locomotive (sometimes dual modes such as the ALP45 series), and at least three eightcar New York Direct trains with MultiLevel cars pushed and pulled by only the ALP45 series between Bay Head and New York City. Throughout the other times of the day, this area only has two shuttle trains running between Long Branch and Bay Head, where passengers are required to transfer onto an electricservice train at Long Branch if they want to make a full journey to NYC. All trains in Bay Head will loop around the train yard when heading northbound back to either NYC or Long Branch.

Even though the list of trains below says there are six trains, there are only four because two Bay Head shuttles are seen at least twice in this video. Another thing, there has been some errors with the blur effects not tracking license plates properly. Some license plates are not blurred because they are already blurry.

Train 1: 3320 New York Direct to NYC, with ALP45A locomotive 4539 pulling and MultiLevel cab car 7040 trailing.

Train 2: 3326 New York Direct to NYC, with ALP45DP locomotive 4509 pulling and MultiLevel cab car 7039 trailing.

Train 3: 4315 to Bay Head, with Comet V cab car 6016 (oddball) leading and ALP45DP locomotive 4500 pushing.

Train 4: 4330 to Long Branch, with Comet V cab car 6049 leading and PL42AC locomotive 4008 pushing.

Train 5: 4334 to Long Branch, with Comet V cab car 6016 (oddball) leading and ALP45DP locomotive 4500 pushing.

Train 6: 4321 to Bay Head, with PL42AC locomotive 4008 pulling and Comet V cab car 6049 trailing.
