Before seeing the LNER HST Farewell Tour, I had some time to spare while at Doncaster to do a bit of spotting. I was very glad I did as there was some rather unique trains to see. Firstly, there was LNER's Intercity liveried Class 91, 91119, on a service to Edinburgh arriving, then there was an LNER service departing towards London but it was running with two Class 91 locomotives including 91111 'For the Fallen'. There was the usual passenger services aswell and a Freightliner service from Felixstowe to Leeds hauled by 66952 but at the end, there was a very nice surprise of a railtour from London King's Cross Beverley worked by two Top n' Tail DRS Class 37's with some amazing thrash through the Station.
