The inline hay rake still has a valuable place in smallscale hay equipment lineups! Today we use our Grizzly 4wheel inline hay rake to rake our hay into windrows for baling with our Farm Maxx mini round baler. There is no right or wrong way to rake hay as long as you get that hay into suitable windrows for your baler. Some methods are easier than others but do what suits your situation best.
