秩父の絶品ご当地ラーメン埼玉県秩父市『だんござか珍達(ちんたつ)そば』を食べてきました。昭和28年頃に初代が創業したという歴史の古いお店で、昭和63年に今の店主の祖父が先代から受け継いで「だんござか珍達」を始めたのだそうです。入ってみると昭和遺産という雰囲気を漂わせた町中華屋で、ネギたっぷりの醤油ベースに細麺というシンプルなラーメンに心洗われる想いがしました。お店の方オススメメニューも頂きましたので、早速ご覧ください

Chichibu's exquisite local ramen! I ate "Dangozaka Chintatsu Soba" in Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture. It is an old shop that was founded around 1958, and in 1988, the owner's grandfather inherited it from his predecessor and started "Dangozaka Chintatsu". When I entered the restaurant, I felt like I was refreshed by the simple ramen of thin noodles and a soy sauce base with plenty of green onions at a Chinese restaurant in the town that had the atmosphere of a Showa heritage. We also received a recommended menu for the shop, so please have a look!
