Rare Videos Of Short Line Railroad Right After Reopening Closed Rusty Tracks On East End Of Norfolk Southern Railroad Peavine Line. This section was closed for a few years and reopened in sections. The original name of Cincinnati Eastern Railroad was Cincinnati East Terminal Railway CCET. Unit 330 is an SD45 and unit 332 is an SDP45. One of the units was involved in a horrible accident before CCET got it. In that accident a crew member in the cab did not make it. Does anyone have any information about that accident?
Since this railroad just got new owners last week I thought this would be a good time to post some rare footage that I shot between Winchester, Ohio and Peebles, Ohio on the rusty east end.
