RARE LARGE SCALE RC Dornier Do 335 (Engine front and back) WWII FIGHTER FORMATION FLYING
Only seen this aircraft as an RC model once before but this version is a nice big scale and flew so well at Weston Park International Model Show with several other fighters.

The Dornier Do 335 Pfeil ("Arrow") was a WWII heavy fighter built by the Dornier company. The twoseater trainer version was also called Ameisenbär ("anteater"). The Pfeil's performance was much better than other twinengine designs due to its unique "pushpull" layout and the much lower aerodynamic drag of the inline alignment of the two engines. It was Germany's fastest pistonengined aircraft of WWII. The Luftwaffe was desperate to get the design into operational use, but delays in engine deliveries meant only a handful were delivered before the war ended.
