I noticed a lot of people were looking for this, but it apparently hadn't been uploaded to YouTube, so here it is. This is the rare Uncle Gus pilot created by Big Nate creator Lincoln Peirce as part of Cartoon Network's Big Pick in the summer of 2000. Obviously, it never went to series, but there's also supposedly an even rarer second Uncle Gus pilot, but I don't have that one (I've never even seen it).
