This video Shows how to replace a 10mm coreless brushed motor in one of these 400mm planes. I did not need to remove any of the servos or servo horns or arms meaning that they stay in position. Just a couple of wires to solder onto the circuit board. Then I used UHU contact adhesive to glue everything together. Use a glue that does not attack EPP foam.

The other day when finding the fault I had used a scalpel to cut the fuselage in half, and gently pulled the wing off the body. Circuit board was also glued in, so of course those things need regluing.

I then checked all of the controls and took it for a flight. It was very windy but it flew ok, just as expected.
