If you didn't interacted with the lady earlier in game, you can find her here to spawn.

Sometimes it can take a while for her to spawn so be patient.
Make a save on forehand.
I choose night for less witnesses.

Reload after 5 shots or so to preserve honor.
Sometimes you only need one shot sometimes 50.... So reload the save.

Oh and beware of wolves.....
