You are not your thoughts. You are not your body. You are the pure awareness of these things. You are the essence of love that lights up your being.
Recently I've been trying to disassociate with my ongoing mental chatter about the past and future; and instead simply BE in the present moment. This little practice is shifting everything. A true game changer. Any bit of stress and anxiety vanish from my mind and body. Peace and serenity engulf my consciousness. Love love love is everywhere I go.
