today, i'd be reading to you my accepted USC essays that also won me a highly selective merit scholarship (the presidential scholarship) which covers HALF tuition (in total, it's worth around $125,000).
i did submit my essays to be considered for the EARLY ACTION round which was HYPER competitive this cycle (since it was the first time that USC did early action)
