Real number is denoted mathematically by double R symbol. You can get a real number symbol in Word by four different ways.
Method 1: Go to Insert → Symbols and click more symbols (if not available in recently used). In symbol dialogue window select letterlike symbols and then select R and click insert.
Method 2: Type 211D and hit Alt+X immediately after it
Method 3: type \doubleR and hit space to get a real number symbol. To use this method, you need to enable math autocorrect outside math region (one time setting)
Method 4: You can copy the real number symbol and then, in Autocorrect, create shortcut text.
