Morning routines were always so hard for me, especially when I was struggling with depression and anxiety. I didn't have any energy to get out of bed, let alone get up at ridiculous hours and start my day with a grueling workout.
In this video, I share some things I've learned over the years that helped me START to build up a REALISTIC* morning routine for myself. It's more simple and chill than you'd think. Rooting for you always, my loves.
