I decided it was time to film what a real day on my period looks like. This is quite a scary vlog for me to post as it's much more vulnerable than usual, but I hope it can be comforting to someone out there

. I firstly show you what my morning routine looks like when on my period✨
. I do a little get ready with me to try and perk myself up
. I share with you all of the period products that I use and what medicines work for me to reduce pain
. I got on with some baking and then also managed to do some exercise✨
. I also have a catch up with you about what my periods are like and provide various tips & advice throughout the video to make your periods as manageable as possible
. I show you my cosy evening routine✨
