The Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat (1 Dumbbell) is a lunge pattern exercise that is a variant of the split squat.

PRIMARY MUSCLES WORKED: Quads, Glutes, Hamstrings EXERCISE

TECHNIQUE CUES: With your front foot flat and rear foot on a bench behind you, descend until the front thigh is parallel to the floor or the back knee taps the ground. Hold the dumbbell on the same side as the rear leg. Drive through front foot, keep torso upright.
