I love dumb movies, especially BMovies. I was genuinely rooting for these movies to be good. I've even been known to defend Zack Snyder....but even I can't defend these dumpster fires. They're not good, but they're also not entertainingly bad....they just exist. It's as if Zack went to a wholesale store, bought a pallet of bulk movie themes and tropes and smashed them together, threw in copious amounts of slomo and called it a day. I like Zack's visual style, but no amount of visuals can save the utter lack of story and character development in Rebel Moon Parts 1 or 2.
