Buryshnyk potato pie
I am sure that each of you knows and has tasted different street food: pizza, sandwiches, bagels and burgers. And I dream that our Ukrainian street food will appear. You walk down the street and taste pundiki or maybe pogachi. Interesting, huh? I think that the buryshnik pie is also perfect for this role. I learned its recipe from a family when I was traveling in the Carpathians. Usually, buryshnyk is prepared from mashed potatoes and corn flour. But I wanted to modernize the recipe and add cheese to it. I chose one of my favorites KOMO Tenero Milk. Imagine cutting into a cake and a long web of cheese coming out of it. The real delicacy of Ukrainian cuisine!

Ingredients for making Buryshnik:
1 kg of mashed potatoes
300 g of corn flour
2 Art. l. wheat flour
pinch of salt
3 eggs
185 g of KOMO Tenero Milk cheese (1 package)
