We are taught from an early age that love is only given when terms and conditions are met. This meditation is designed to heal this fractured foundation and, with the help of your guide or angel, you will not only gain an endless source of selflove but I hope and intend to help heal any childhood trauma, or toxic shameand replace it with the recognition that you are worthy, that you are loveable and there's absolutely nothing to change or do to receive this love.

You are guided into a gentle relaxation then journey inwards into the universe inside of you. As you journey you see one light that stands out amongst the stars and this is your light.

As you get closer you make out a figure holding the light. This might be an archangel or another guide or angel. They have been tending to your light for you. You then go through powerful healing where you reclaim your light and go through emotional, mental, physical and spiritual healing.

There is healing specifically for those who suffered trauma or abuse as I gently guide the body to come back online. This meditation also serves those who have benefitted from my inner child healing work (links to playlists below) and anyone who needs help with selfesteem and selfworth.
