In this first episode we are starting a new city, a realistic, heavily modded version of Rochester for the recreation and revitalization project. In this new series I will be taking the city of Rochester to recreate it and revitalize it. In this first episode, we are creating the height map, laying out the initial downtown and highway road networks, and detailing the High Falls Waterfall seen in Downtown Rochester.

I plan on finishing the city in its present form so that I can use it as a basis to improve traffic, improve walkability, increase transit options and opportunities, and complete highway removal/covering projects.
