When I was clearing out space for more camper rebuilding work, I was picking out stuff to sell on marketplace and rediscovered this old bathroom soap and toothbrush caddy that I thought I’d install in my bathroom but changed my mind. While cleaning it up to sell, it popped into my head that it might work for something completely different.
It takes awhile for me brain to marinate on such ideas but I’m usually happy with the results.
I forgot to include the neato piece of driftwood I found for a mounting board to eventually hang it on the side of a table or easel. That’s in the accompanying short.
FWIW, even though that palette seems too tiny, if you use the best quality watercolors in place of that cheap goo in those tiny pochades, I can say from long experience that it's more than enough for a good sized painting. #diy #skills #creative #repurpose #recycle
