Red Coconut Chutney is served as an accompaniment to Dosa, Idli, Wada and a good South Indian meal. This chutney is also rubbed on the inside of the Mysore masala dosa making it spicier than the regular dosa. Though the colour of the chutney is fiery red it is not very spicy as Byadgi chilli has a good colour but is not very hot.
