There are 4 blocks here with 37 floors which consists of resident apartments, luxury hotels, Airbnb with fully furnished bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen with complete utensils, and a pantry.

There are 2 swimming pools, The infinity pool is located at the rooftop which has a stunning cityscape view and a perfect view of the Petronas twin Towers. There are department stores, cafes and restaurants as well.
