On my second day of riding the regenerative brake on my Apollo City Pro turned on without warning and stayed on. After walking the scooter home I contacted support and was able to resolve the issue.

So if you have the same issue where the brake won't turn off then this might be the solution on how to fix it. Loosen the brake handles and give them a wiggle.
