SANU Apartment was opened in Ichinomiya, Chiba, and we went there right away! Of course, we loaded up our little mini with our Bromptons, a folding bicycle born in the UK!
We cycled on the Brompton along the coast, where the weather was warm enough to wear light clothing even in December, and had homemade bagels as a snack, planning a picnic to remember the year by.
